I’m trying to figure out if I should continue doing consultations over the phone or should I require them to come in to meet. I’ve been doing them over the phone as soon as they call, if I can. I want to talk with them about their problem so that I’m the first one they talk to and sell them. I’m always worried their going to keep calling and hire someone else if I tell them they have to come in, but I hear close rate will be better if they come. Any thoughts?
