Hi guys. My biggest challenge at the moment is servicing the demand of my current clients in a consistent and efficient way. I am therefore in the process of creating and documenting policies and procedures. Of course that is a painstaking process but I am determined to create a full suite of them over the course of the next 6 weeks. Do you have any tips on an especially efficient way of doing that?
My name is Kristin Turton. I am from Barbados. I have been an Attorney for the last 9 years but I started my own firm in May, 2018.
Barbados has a fairly small market. Therefore I have developed a varied practice involving Criminal Law, Personal Injuries, Estate Planning and Administration and General Civil Litigation. I am working on the mission statement. I am leaning towards just creating multiple ones for each area depending on the target market because when I have tried to make all all-encompassing one it has just seemed to general to have the impact that RJon has expressed that it should.
I listened to the Coaching Call on that topic and will soon post what I have come up with so I can get some feedback.
