Magic Statement Feedback

Hi everyone! My husband and I have a have a probate and guardianship law firm in Florida. I was hoping to get some feedback on our magic statement(s).

One of our major areas of practice is settlement related probate and guardianship. So if we are talking to other lawyers we usually say: We make sure probate and guardianship issues don’t delay settlements so that everyone gets paid faster.
(I got feedback a few calls ago on this one from RJon who suggested we add the “so that..”)

I’m hoping to get some feedback/help on a magic statement for regular probate: We help families transfer the assets of deceased loved ones.

I think you should do a bit more to answer…what is the security or future picture that people GET when they hire you. Just ‘transferring’ does NOT say to me that it’s OVER/SECURED/DONE…
